Zxbaji Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the company operating the zxbaji platform and you (the user). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services via the zxbaji website, mobile site, or any other channel.

By registering, logging in, or using the platform in any way, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using zxbaji's services.

• Multiple accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Your account may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required at the time of registration.

Zxbaji reserves the right to decline any registration request without providing a reason. We may also request a National ID card or other government-issued documents for account verification purposes.

Any account created using the details of a minor will be permanently terminated and all associated funds will be withheld.

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing winnings from zxbaji:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held for review for up to 24–72 hours.

For large winnings (৳50,000 or above), additional verification may be required. This is part of our compliance with legal obligations.

• The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, zxbaji will refund the amount wagered for that round.
• For Sports Betting, all bets must be confirmed before the match begins.
• Lottery draws are held at scheduled times and results are communicated automatically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zxbaji platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Using software bots or automated tools to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or as a source of illegal funds.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Spreading false information in the name of the platform.

If a violation of these rules is confirmed, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Zxbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If the information provided during registration is found to be false.
• Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.

You may also contact our support team at any time to close your account. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance.
